Ms. Lucas-Bull serves on the board of Eskom, where she chairs the Investment and Finance Committee there; in addition, she is a board director at AVENG, Dimension Data PLC, and NURCHA.   Ms. Lucas-Bull has also held directorships at Telkom and South African Financial Markets.  She is a member of the council of the University of South Africa (UNISA) and the Millennium Labour Council.    Formerly CEO of the retail business of FirstRand, she is credited with the significant turnaround and growth in performance shown by First National Bank (a subsidiary of FirstRand) during her tenure there.  In 1995, she was awarded the South African Business Women of the Year. 

Ms. Lucas-Bull is an Executive Committee member of the South African chapter of the International Women’s Forum.
