Dina Dublon

Until her retirement in 2004, Ms. Dublon was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for JPMorgan Chase.  Ms. Dublon was responsible for the global financial management and reporting, related technology and operations, strategy and acquisitions, corporate treasury, and negotiation of the mergers of Chemical Banks with Manufactures Hanover, Chase, JPMorgan, and Bank One.  Ms. Dublon joined the board of Microsoft in 2005; she also served as a director at Accenture, Ltd., and PepsiCo, Inc.
