Mary Ann Cloyd

With nearly 30 years of tax and business consulting experience serving multinational corporate clients in a variety of industries, Ms. Mary Ann Cloyd brings both depth and breadth to her leadership of PriceWaterHouse Coopers’ Los Angeles tax practice.  A senior partner at PwC, she also serves on its U.S. Board of Directors and recently completed a term on PwC’s Global Board of Partners.  Ms. Cloyd serves on the Advisory Boards of the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University and the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.
